Szczur is composed mostly of voices digitally modified and cut. These are mostly sourced from answering machine messages, recorded phone calls and discarded vocal takes.

Prelude to a Fire EP is Szczur's first release and was released on a/b HNT Records.

a/b HNT Records and the contact info listed inside the album art have both died long ago.

This album is no longer available for download from this site. Both Szczur albums are going to be rereleased as a single album under the Schemawound project.

[UPDATE - 09/08/11]
"My Time As A Rat - Szczur Archive (2001-2004)" has been released from Schemawound. Get the album is current available at schemawound.bandcamp.com .
The album will soon be available on iTunes, Amazon MP3, Spotify, etc.
